Pass the Patch was founded to provide EMT students in Ireland with a dedicated space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another. I wanted to create a community that bridges the gap between students and qualified EMTs, giving students a place to get guidance, advice, and support as they navigate their courses, exams, and placements.

The site features a study guide to help students prepare for their OSCE exams, and more guides and resources will be added soon to support ongoing learning and skill development. There’s also a forum where students can sign up, connect, and engage with peers and qualified EMTs—asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning together.

By bringing students and experienced practitioners together, Pass the Patch aims to make the journey through prehospital training a little easier, a lot more collaborative, and far more rewarding.
